Tracking Information All Serelis orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delays & Issues While Serelis works hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or weather conditions and peak seasons. If your order is delayed, feel free to contact us — we're here to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Serelis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
